Q. What is the travel time to the airports or
train stations?
A. From the shore area to: EWR about 1 hour; JFK
& LGA about 1.75 hours; PHIA & AMTRAK about 1.5 hours;Trenton
& Metropark, Islin < 1 hour.
Q. Will I get a live operator when I call?
A. Yes
Q. Will I be met at the baggage carousel?
A. We offer both meet & greet or curbside express pickup.
Q.How can I pay?
A. We accept all major credit cards cash or check.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. New customers will be asked for a deposit or full payment depending on
type of service.Up to 24 hrs before credit will be issued for future travel. Within 24
hours no refund is given.
Q. Should I pay for service by the hour or round
trip service?
A. Generally speaking a 6 to 7 hour trip the price is about the same. If
you do not need the driver and/or vehicle at your disposal we offer wait time or round
trip service.
Q.Do I have to pay NJ Sales Tax?
A. On all service that stays in New Jersey a 7% sales tax is charged.Any
service that goes out of New Jersey no tax is charged.
Q. We are four passengers can we be transferred
in a town car or do I need a stretch limousine?
A. It depends on your comfort level and amount of luggage. We suggest 4
adults go in a stretch limousine.
Q. Are drivers tips included in price?
A. Travelers can arrange through our office for a 20% added gratuity or
cash tips are greatly appreciated.
Q.What is your policy on wait time do to delays
at the airport?
A. We figure in a 45minute grace period from arrival time at all
airports.Time waiting after that is prorated each 15 minutes @ $48/hr.
Q. Do you charge for early am service?
A. For service between 11:30pm and 5:30am a $10 fee goes to the driver.
Q. Where is your office?
A. We have been located in Brick NJ for 20 years.
Q. Do you offer a senior discount?
A. We offer a discount of 5% to first time senior travelers if payment is
by cash or check cut at a local bank.
